Great tasting fruit flavour. Is formulated for heavy chest congestion. It contains both the expectorant Guaiphenesin and the mucolytic, Bromhexine. Guaiphenesin increases the flow of natural secretions along the respiratory tract. Bromhexine liquefies and breaks down the secretions. This combination helps break up a cough by loosening congestion so you can cough it up and get it off your chest.

Ingredients:
Each 10 ml contains 200 mg of guaifenesin and 8 mg of bromhexine hydrochloride
Other ingredients include:  sodium benzoate, saccharin sodium, sorbitol, ethanol (trace)
Sugar and gluten free

Contraindications:
Do not use in children under 6 years of age
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients 

Precautions (check with pharmacist before use if any of the following apply):

• If you have a persistent, chronic cough or are producing excess mucus
• If you have asthma, bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema, smoker’s cough or porphyria (a rare blood pigment disorder)
• If you have a history of peptic ulcer
• If you take any other medicines
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding or plan to become pregnant

Dosage:
Measuring cup included

Adults and children over 12 years: 10 ml
Children 6 to 12 years: 5 ml

Take every 8 hours up to a maximum of three times daily.

Side effects: Upset stomach, headache, rash, dizziness and sweating.
